RAINFOREST: Rescue In the Rainforest

This episode teaches kids that rain forests hold a treasure of undiscovered species--species that sustain healthy rain forests and some that possibly hold the key to cures for human illnesses.  Through the canopy-dwelling white-handed gibbons, kids observe how this species has adapted to a completely arboreal life, and how gibbons, like other species, disperse the seeds for new forest growth.
